Terms of service

Adding items to your cart and paying constitutes an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. Until then we may decline an order — for example if an item turns out to be out of stock, or if a price was listed incorrectly.

If we cannot fulfil your order after payment, we will tell you and refund you in full.

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Prices exclude delivery, which is calculated and shown at checkout before payment.

We are not currently registered for Sales and Service Tax, so no SST is charged on your order.

We accept FPX online banking, credit and debit cards, and GrabPay through Stripe. We do not store your payment details.

Stock levels shown on product pages are updated as orders are paid, but a product can occasionally sell out between your adding it to the cart and completing payment. If that happens we will contact you with the options — wait for restock, substitute, or refund.

Items marked "price on request" are not sold through the checkout. We quote those individually because the correct specification depends on your installation.

We take care to publish accurate specifications, and we deliberately state the true rated power of our products rather than a notional equivalent figure. Specifications are supplied by our manufacturers and may be revised by them; where a change is material we will update the product page.

Product photographs are representative. Minor differences in appearance, packaging or fixings do not constitute a fault.

Comparisons with other products on this site are drawn from publicly available listings at the time of our research and are provided in good faith for information.

Electrical installation work in Malaysia must be carried out by a competent person, and where required by a registered wireman or electrical contractor. Guidance on this website, including our protection selector, is provided for information only. It is a starting point to inform a conversation, not an electrical design.

We are not liable for loss or damage arising from incorrect installation, from installation by an unqualified person, or from use of a product outside its stated ratings.

Quotations for bulk orders and for items we source to order are valid for [QUOTATION VALIDITY] from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as loss of profit, loss of production or loss of data.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
